Email Marketing
Once the creatives are designed and the email is sent, there is no refund. If a client has a creative designed and completed, but decides not to move forward with sending the email, we will refund the amount paid minus the fee to create the email design.
Pay Per Click Management
Fees are due before marketing begins. After the period of the contract expires, the contract moves to a month to month agreement. If the client is not satisfied with our service then the client must inform us within 15 days of making payment that they would like to cancel service. At that time, no refunds on previous amounts will be given, but the contract will be cancelled and no further payments will be due.
Search Engine Marketing
Our guarantee is that 30% of our clients keywords will be ranked on the first page of Google, Yahoo, or Bing within the first 4 months once the marketing begins. For 10 Keywords, we are guaranteeing will have 3 keywords placed on the first page of the search results for one of the three search engines listed above.
If we do not achieve our guaranteed placement, we will refund half of the set up fee. We will continue to work on the program until the guarantee is met at which time we will charge the client again. The client can apply their refunded set up fee to renewed payments if they choose.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
SEO Marketing Team shall not be responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by a search engine for any reason. SEO Marketing Team shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure. SEO Marketing Team shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment. You expressly agree that use of SEO Marketing Team services provided is at your sole risk. These services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SEO Marketing Team cannot guarantee that your account service data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby waive any claim against SEO Marketing Team arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy, breach of security, or for any other reason that is not based on intentional or grossly negligent actions of SEO Marketing Team.
